Virgin Extra Olive Oil
Nocellara Oil of Belice Valley is produced in "Val di Mazara" area pdo. Our olives are picked by hand at the right level of ripening from October to the end of November. The extraction of the olives is carried out within 24 hours after the picking in a olive- press with a continuous cold cycle. We avoid the fermentation of the olives starting immediately the extraction and using selected crops. Our oil's acidity does not go over 0,5%. Its characteristics make it unique and precious for our health. It is beneficial for the cardiovascular and nervous system, the digestive functions, the bones, and it nourishes the skin if spread. Our oil is an olive biological oil which is not processed with pesticides.
